01.Nature of Services

CircuitSprint provides specialized engineering, prototyping, and manufacturing services for flexible heaters and electronic components. By engaging with our platform, you acknowledge that many items are custom-engineered to your specific technical requirements (Gerber files, DXF, or STEP files).

02.Intellectual Property & Design

CircuitSprint respects the proprietary nature of your designs. All technical files uploaded through our secure portal remain the property of the client. However:

Clients must hold the legal right to the designs submitted for fabrication.

CircuitSprint provides design-for-manufacturability (DFM) feedback; this feedback is advisory and does not shift design liability to CircuitSprint.

Usage of the CircuitSprint brand, logo, or proprietary heater stack-up technology without written consent is prohibited.

03.Manufacturing Standards

Unless otherwise specified in writing, all polyimide heaters are manufactured to IPC-A-600 standards. Clients requiring specific certifications (e.g., Space-grade outgassing, ISO 13485) must declare these requirements during the Request for Quote (RFQ) stage.

04.Limitation of Liability

CircuitSprint’s liability is strictly limited to the replacement of defective goods or a refund of the purchase price. We are not liable for consequential damages, including but not limited to, failure of the end-system (satellites, medical devices, or EVs) in which the heater is installed.

No warranty is provided for components operated outside their specified thermal or voltage range.

CircuitSprint is not responsible for delays caused by raw material shortages or global logistics disruptions.

05.Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
